PLEASE, please don't do to your 350z what you're doing to your 240! If I ever see a 350z on the road that looks like the 240 (side scoops and "shogun style" front bumper) I swear, I will urinate on it!

no im not gonna **** with the Z. My 240 was a salvage title and the front was screwed up.so I decided to customize it. You cant see the hood too well but its a carbon fiber hood. I also had pics of my turbo and what not but I didnt post them yet. I like that front end better than the stock 1990 bumper. Im gonna paint it daytonna blue b16 or as its better known " that blue color the 350s are".

I'll admit, I'm not a fan of the front bumper of your 240SX, but I like your reasoning for modding it. I absolutely love "that blue color the 350x are"---LOL--love the way you phrased it. I'd like to see pics of your hood & turbo & stuff--love to see the progress of modding a car--makes me appreciate it even more when I see what work went into it.

but the bumper, man, just sell that on eBay and get a nice Bomex front end, or East Bear or C-West or something else (or maybe just an OEM front from a 91+)

I love that 350 but I gotta agree w/ everyone else, get rid of that front end. You'll feel better about it in the long run, and while your at it ditch the wing too. :D

eh to each his own I guess. I like my car the way it is, and besides I can change it now, everything is molded in, hence all the primer on it. Shogun maybe played out, but not around here. Everyone around here drives hondas with diffrent types of bodys, around here my car is a HUGE breath of fresh air. Everyone whos seen my car thinks its neat and barely anyone knows its a 240. Ive had alot of help from my negihbor across the street. He has a cherried blue 62 vette and a cherry red 67 impala. Hes shown me how to do the bodywork and everything. Its alot of hard work and it took a month or so but I feel it was worth it.

ohh ya, one other thing to add. Since my 240 is the only one around here, I got my kit for about $100. Im happy with it.

One reason I kinda like the Shogun front is that it kinda reminds me of the old Grand Prix cars from the '60s. Those cars were insanely fast and extremely lightweight.
