I was wondering if there was a way that you can make a playlist on an iPod be presented like it does for your regular music library (ie. instead of clicking the playlist and listing all of the songs, you click the playlist and it goes artist>album>songs)? Does anyone know if this is possible or something similar?

I'm trying to make it show only selected artists pretty much based on genre (or a few genres) but without simply eliminating everything on my iPod that doesn't meet that criteria.

I have the classic 80GB if it helps. Thanks.

When you click a playlist on your iPod, it normally goes straight to listing all of the songs.

I want to be able to choose a playlist, and then choose an artist from the playlist, then the album, then list the songs.

That make more sense/possible?

Oh ok I understand it now. So what you did is

1.Created a playlist
2.You only want topick a artist or album or etc from that playlist
3.Then listen to only that album or artist

Well you cant do that the only way you can do something like that is instead of going to a playlist you hit music then there it breaks it up by all music or albums or singer or etc
