Hey Guys, I'm selling my original stock KA24DE motor that came out of my 92 240sx coupe. Absolutely nothing wrong with the engine when pulled the ODO was around 137k-140k. I swap it for a lower mileage S14 KA for a KA-T project which I still have. I have kept this engine as spare motor for I was planning to buy another 240sx shell to put on and make another KA-T. Well I did buy another 240sx but not a shell, it has a good running engine on it. Main reason I'm selling, It's because my tranny went out on my S13 KA-T and needs replacement along with some clutch upgrade since it's out anyway. If not for that then I probably be keeping it. I'm looking to get$0lD for the motor.
Now more on the motor.
S13 KA24DE Longblock
- Approximately 137k+ when removed
- Completely stock nothing touch internally.
- Complete from head to Oil pan.
- New Alternator and power steering belt.
- New Distributor cap and rotor.
- Fairly new Plug wires and NGK plugs.
- Polished Valve cover.
- High temp painted block.
- New gaskets for the intake manifold lower and up.
- New Valve cover gasket.
- Removed EGR components with ebay block off plate and OE EGR gasket.
- Will include the flywheel and bolts.
- Has most of the sensors TPS,Knock,Oil Sender and new Water temp sensor.
- I'm sure there more.. Just PM.
Note:
The intake manifold has the secondary butterflies removed and some holes need to be plugged still. Some JBweld and dremel will do the trick.
Ok... So whats missing???
- If your swapping this engine on a blown KA24DE then you should have all the parts you ever need as you just need move them.. Right
If on a shell assuming you have tranny, ecu, wire harness and power steering lines. Then it's gonna need;
- Starter
- Alternator
- Clutch kit
- Fuel Rail and Injectors
- Motor Mounts.
- Weld the an oil return bung or just plug the hole on the side of the pan.
- Oil Pan Gasket or just Hi-Temp Silicone will do,
- Some misc bolts....
I'm sure the rest are given.. Fluids, baterry, etc......
Pics of the engine. FYI Turbo and Manifold not included...
