i dont believe he said t3. Is the flap for the internal wastegate welded shut?

It is t3 flanged and will not bolt on to a stock t25 flanged manifold unless you buy an adaptor plate off ebay for 45 bucks. The internal gate is not welded shut. The thing you see on the outside is not the wastegate flap. The actual flap is on the inside.
