yup, it's crazy expensive. mike is known to do quality items only though. for those who have the cash and want something done to the utmost perfection they just might be worth it. I on the other would rather try to do it myself.

Make em yourself dude, no one has done em yet so be the first.. hidplanet.com has a led forum where people wire up thier own led tail lights...
I recall some guy on there was making his own.

hell get some ebay tail lights, then make ur own led board and throw em in and be gangsta

That's the whole point.

The point is not to worry about LED tail lights and worry about getting the car running efficiently and the body in pristine condition. And when those events take place (after spending thousands of dollars) suddenly $1900 for some mint LED custom tail lights is a drop in the bucket.

Save some money and DIY.. It's a very tedious job though. Some guy on NICO did it and it came out very good but even he admits he wouldn't do it again. Just google search "S13 coupe led taillights".
Honestly there are alot of very talented people here on zilvia someone should start offering this as a custom service but not charge the price of a used car for it.
