You are not allowed to sell anything with an unlimited supply or large supply without being a vendor/advertiser on here. Services are repeatable so have an unlimited supply.
Also, we have had problems with people sniping business from advertisers/vendors and bid wars from non-vendors. This is mainly to cull the fly by night people that do this then disappear when their service doesn't live up to their claims.
This is not to say you would have done this. It's the problems in the past have lead us to this to prevent it in the future.
