welded diff, 2 different tires

they are the same size rims (se) but 2 diff tires. but both same size
195 65 r15 or sumthing like that?

different sizes yes, different tires as in brands? should be fine. as long as the rear tires are equal sizes you are good to go.

well right now i could careless bc with this welded tires go like crazy and im rollin on metal right now.

i dont see a problem unless your running a drag radial on one side and a bald tire on the other.. but if theyre pretty much just brand x tires and brand y tires there shouldnt be a problem so long as the tread is about the same size.

shouldn't run different tires even without a welded differential ( at least that's what they say )

I've seen drifters use good tires up front and cheap tires in the rear

As Long as the tire circumfrance is not more than maybe a 1/4in. difference. Different brands will say their tires are a certain size, and another will say the same size, they can actually be a little different in circumfrance. If they are more then 1/4in difference your taking a chance to blow your Diff.

get rid of the welded if its for DD get a lsd or leave it open your going to mess something up.
