1995 240sx se-r ????????

anyone ever seen one of these? or is it just a misprint i saw somewhere? i see it in alot of used car price books. whats the difference between an se and se-r if they actually did make those

I have never seen one, I don't think they exist. In my experience, listings for cars can be horribly inacurate. They are just using the sentra moniker for another nissan thinking that SE-R denotes a general nissan sports package. Most likely this was done just to try and sell the car faster and to grab your attention.

Yes, a lot of dealers are just adding the R to any sport compact because of the popularity of the Acura Type R. Also, if the car you saw belongs to a ricer, it may have one of those stupid GT-R emblems on it. That would surely confuse a dealer or any underpaid photographer for Auto Trader.;)

actually they do exist, they come with an SR420DETT which only puts out 420rwhp, 1hp per liter. It also comes with a badass exhaust and a mean ass spoiler and all the neons you'll ever need... everything for all your JDM needs!!

Yeah, they probably slapped one of them ghey "GT-R" emblems so its sells better.

actually from 1995-1998 there were 200sx SE-R's. It was basically the same as the 200sx SE but with a SR20DE engine, and alloys. I know this because my friend's mom had one until it got T-Boned by a drunk driver.

hey dip****, i looked it up and i got a hole lot crap about nothing, i know there are such things as 200sx se-r's, i just was lookin in some NADA book and it had se-r for 95 240's. why dont u learn to read a$$ . exactly shut the f-up. is that all u do on the forums? is misread sh!t, and try to talk crap like you actually know anything. when i did the search all i got were a bunch of ricers cars that had no right to put se-r badges on their saturns and kia's.

I am assuming you saw the 240SX SE-R thing on the site that lists a bunch of 1/4 mile times and **** for cars. Just ignore it, there is no 240SX SE-R, I can almost guarantee that if you searched out forums you would have seen a post on this, but it was from a while back. There are base 240s, LEs and SEs, go to www.SoCal240sx.org and look in the features faq to learn more about the differences.
