Well there seems to be a oil and water mixture inside the KA and now the engine is dead. Is there anyway I can fix this?....besides replacing the whole engine.

There's a good chance that you have only blew a headgasket. Take it to a shop... and if you react fast (to not let the water corrode crap), you shouldn't have to buy a new engine.

What happens if the car sits there for three seasons?

Take his advice. Thats what I happened to my SR a few months ago. I wasn't so fourtunate, hence my # 1 connecting Rod going through my block. If nothing else drain the oil out of the engine ASAP! This will help prolong your chances. Good luck bro,
Jim
I just saw your other post. 3 seasons hu, well I would suggest either geting a engine or doing a complete rebuild of it. Tear it down and check all your bearing in the bottom end if nothing else. The moisture will build up in them and when you get everything back to gether and running the bearings will fail. Thats what happened to me and it only sat for about 3 weeks. Good luck.

What do you mean your engine is dead? Please be more specific. If you got antifreeze in your oil, your pretty much screwed. As a service manager at a Ford dealer, Ford had a little head gasket problem with the mid 90's 3.8L and EVERY time any coolant was introduced into the oil the engine inevitably started knocking. some time within 10 miles, sometimes it took 20,000 miles but it happened EVERY time. Antifreeze doesn't mix with oil of course and will "wipe" the bearings. But on the bright side, this is a good time for an SR!
