Used Nismo rubber shift knob, had this on my car for several years some wear on top, have a different one don't need this anymore $25 O.B.O + shipping

I don't know another shift knob or anything you would need that's small so we can trade or something you might need shift knob plus cash..

Nope thats how they look, the screw bolts it to an insert that threads onto the shift lever
