has been cut a little be (careless friend who fitted the bumper) but covered up by grille (cannot use JDM kouki grille for this bumper). otherwise in good condition. Unpainted.

At least the bumper is unpainted, so it will be very easy to cover that up!! And the cut wouldn't be noticed unless you were looking specifically for it.

$75 is an excellent price!! (in my opinion)==it will get somebody just "that much closer" to their 97-98 conversion!!

Yes it will. turn signals are same on all USDM s14's
