some lady hit me in the rear passenger side of my car, and bent ruca. i replaced it and it fixed the wheel caster almost completely, but whenever i go over bumps the back jumps to the left a little. any ideas? i hope its not a twisted frame. i looked at it and it only looked like the ruca got bent. any ideas on fixes? other then goin to alignment shop?

go get an alignemt. did you get one after you changed the bent rod? if not then you should. that's probably why.
you can find shops that'll do it for like 40 bucks
What's a ruca?
It didn't bend what ever it attaches to did it?
Alignment is always the easiest and cheapest troubleshooting step when solving handling problems...next to a visual inspection anyway.

probably wrong , but figuring RUCA means rear upper control arm

my 93 did the same thing you're stating yours does, I replaced the rear shocks and everything was perfect again:)

errr this is gettin crappy. some of the problem was 2 loose lug nuts. had to replace one of the lug studs cuz it got stripped, and i broke the other one. the one that got stripped out before is stripped again. im goin to go replace them again and get an alignment.

a ruca is a rear upper control arm for the multilink suspension on 240s. it would be pretty hard to bend the frame that way considering the frame is steel and the ruca is some type of weak alloy, i think its mild steel. not sure

I had the same problem with the tail coming out.
Push down hard on the boot of the car and then let go. The car should bounce back up once and come to a halt. If it continues to bounce up and down, you're in need of new shocks.

Sounds like the shocks got damaged. It shouldn't bounce like that and that is exactly what will happen if they are bad. You sure don't want the back of the car to try to catch up with the front of the car unless you are doing it intentionally. :D
