s13 fuel delivery probs

ive checked my walbro by hooking a direct positive to it, it comes on. But when i just try to start it with the key the fuel pump does not kick on. does anybody have any idea what could be causing this?

check all the wires leading to the pump?

Pull the EGI pump relay and ground the black/pink lead, does the pump come on? If not, the relay or the fuse for the relay is bad, or the output wire is damaged somewhere. If it does, the signal from the ECU has been interrupted or the ECU is bad.
