I just brought one of these bars backs from Japan. (I got it for only $140.00!!)

Only problem is...the instructions are in Japanese. Does anyone know how to install one of these things? I'm gonna be able to use my friend's lift this Saturday so...any help?

ooooOOoo....I was thinking about that power bar before and what it would help. Sorry, don't know how to help you out. But you should take pictures about how to put it in and do a install write-up. Also include any comments on what it does for your car and how it feels different.:D

You could always get the Cusco Tension Rod Bar for 100$ in the Group Buys Section. I should have mine soon and Leo is doing a 2nd and maybe 3rd GB on these bars so check em out.

:D Tell ya what: Don't post anything that needs deleting/editing, and we'll be out of a job! I have NO problem with not having to spend time out of my day & wasted bandwidth on Marks's server making things nice for everyone. Unfortunately, that's the way it is.

damn....only $140??
How did you special order those in Japan?
I heard nismo stuffs need special order even in Japan!!
how much does Jspec have them for? They're only listed as "email for quote" or something to that extent... and rather than bug Sam (who I think I'm already on the wrong side of), I figure someone here should know. :)
If you guys want Nismo power brace, ask me. Secondly, the Cusco brace will NOT fit in conjunction with the Nismo power brace.

Yeah, jspec.com quoted me $220.00 shipped.
I got my Nismo Power Brace Bar at Super Autobacs in Mitaka. (that place is tight!) They didn't have it in stock so I ordered it through them. In about 5 days they called me and told me it was in :D

Where is Mitaka? I've heard of Autobachs. I wish I could go to one.

Mitaka is roughly 20 minutes away from Shinjuku riding on the Chuo Line.

Autobac's are alright, I heard they opened up a HUGE one with large performance parts section. They're a bit more expensive that a lot of smaller local shops.
When I was there in December, they had the Cusco Bar for about 7000yen(about $55?) though.
