So I've pretty much been a fan of Initial D for a long time. Every since I saw it, I fell in love with "drifting." Then again, drifting wasn't popular, though owning the 86 Corolla was. Now that drifting is getting big, I finally got to see drifting with my own eyes when I went to my first two Hot Import Nights. Thats when it hit me, drifting? It doesn't look as fun. All you do is just spin spin skid and ya know, slide. Basically, flat surface isn't my thing. I saw a few "Initial D" like races back then but it wasn't really big and was hard to find them online. This was waaayyyy before youtube. Finally I decided to do another research after those HINs. Found out that Initial D's version of "drifting" is Touge Drifting. Placed it on youtube and I was amazed.

Seeing that makes me wonder, man, scary as it is, you endanger other people's lives when your having your fun. Call it stupid but I think this is much funner. Sure drifting is safe and touge drifting is dangerous but ya know? Once I finally get my own car, learn how to drift and all the tips and tricks, i'm going to try Touge drifting. I just don't feel regular drifting would be fun. Theres a Mountain Pass at my area and once I can do it, i'm gonna try it. Lets just hope the pigs don't catch me.
