I would wait till I installed them and post all at once, but I'm bored...

I got my Battle Version tension rods from phase2motortrend.com today. Cost $210 and only took about 3-4 days to get to VA from CA. They look great, and seem like they will work very well. I don't know what stock t/c rods weigh (will find out tomorrow) but these new ones only weigh in at ~2.25lbs each! My POS rods with empty rubber bushings will finally be replaced :) and I don't have to press in new bushings to do it.

Note: only the first 3 pics are large, the rest should be 56k friendly.

I'll post when I get them installed :)

Just make sure you don't set your jackstands under these pretty units too:D

good lord, it's been like what...a year? haha, i'm making a new screen name :p

The trick will be swapping them while the car is held up by them

I recommend a soft metal socket for the bolts (17mm?). I broke three sockets (two 12 points and a 6 - all Craftsman) trying to brake those bolts loose.

Were your old t/c rods shot? I thought you got new bushings?

oh yeah - and  to Wayne.
