What are some cheap like $500-$600, nice looking white rims? 4x114.3

get whatever rims you want.
Get them powdercoated. a place near me charges 120 for all 4. Im sure its not too higher many other places. or do it yourself. I've known people that do that.

adr wheels. cheap = yes. nice looking = some of them. quality = crap.

Then get some S14 SE wheels and paint them white. That way.. when you have more money to spend, you'll have a better selection of wheels.
