im an idiot, but want suspension

i know i cant afford coilovers, and hell, i wouldnt know how to change them. please bear with me, im a moron. i was thinking about getting sportlines, what else would i need to get ( that is in about the same price range) to make them work? shocks?

also since i am a moron, what exactly do shocks and springs do?
besides effect how the car is lowered, etc...

please enlighen me =)

how about you just keep saving till you get enough for coil-overs? might as well do it right the first time.. you know?

i dont think i want coilovers, unless they offer an extreme amount of differance that i can use, or unless im wrong, they do about the same, but only the coilovers are adjustable?

stick w/ shock spring if you dnt want to worry about too much adjustability
my friend had sportlines w/ agx. rode very nice. i was impressed.

if you dont like adjusting or too much damper change, stick w/ adj shocks (like agx) and spring setup. good price for money

NOT EVERYONE WANTS/NEEDS COILOVERS
