I actually had just bought this kit from a member on the forums here. It is universal but the fitment for my z31 ( i dont have a 240..) is a bit more difficult so i would just like to try to get back what i had paid for it.

Comes with all hardware and the shocks of course. shocks are actually in very good condition .
