Well, my O2 sensor wire got cut-off, so basically, its useless.

I have an Old cat that has one in it from a honda, I wanna use it instead of spending the money to go get a new one.

But, its a bit rusted in the the cat, what are your suggestions to making this 100000x times easier?

I tried WD-40, No luck...

Is everything still in the car? If not, WD-40, vice, and BFH or a big long bar. Or both, if you're in a bad mood.

Well, I have to remove the one on the ex. manifold, so, haha no, I can't.

Is there like special formula shit that will make it just slip off?

How else would yo uget a rusty nut off a bolt? Same concept?

PB blaster and the correct socket. Or you could use PB blaster and a 7/8" wrench with a bigger wrench on the end of it to make a super-duper long wrench.
