Glad to see the Dodgers in the playoffs this year. Manny Ramirez
has been big and should be the MVP.

I think it'll be the Angels vs Cubs or Brewers for the World Series.
Would be nice to see an all LA world series though.

I was at the Sox/Twins game, and that shit was AMAZING. We did a blackout and nearly 100% of the people were wearing only black. LOUDEST game I have ever been to.

As far as Manny showing leadership status, that is a complete joke. Manny is doing one thing and one thing only right now. And thats playing the role of good citizen and playing for the big money. When he gets his money which Im sure he will he will go back to his old self. He has only been in LA far a little while so you guys dont know his true colors.

This trade has worked out for both teams. Bay is playing great ball and we were not held hostage by Manny. Dont forget Manny and Boras pulled this stunt for a new contract, Sox had 2 more option years that Manny didnt want picked up...btw these are option years that Manny and his agent wanted in the origional contract. So now he gets new big money and longers years and Boros gets his cut.

Everyone's putting all of the Dodger's success on the shoulders of Manny and it kind of pisses me off. This has been a great year for us regardless. With Joe doing a great coaching job, the addition of DeWitt who has turned out to be phenomenal, among many other shiftings in the roster, the whole team is in a great place mentally. It's created a fresh place for all of our players to do what they love and have fun doing it. I've not seen our players seem so carefree while playing in a long time. You can tell that they're all having a blast out there and that's why they're doing so well. Everyone's working together well, and the fans are showing great support which also boosts moral. All-in-all this year our players have had a great environment to play in, and that's why they're so successful this season, IMO.

they suddenly found a new spark on offense. Ethier began finding his swing
and batting in people, same with the batters around Manny. You say the players
are having so much fun out there, well, Manny brought that "I don't give a fuck"
attitude to the team and it has reaped rewards for them. Of course the fans are
going to give more support if a team is winning. If you don't believe Manny is the
real reason the Dodgers are playing so well, you're not watching the same game.

I'm not even a Dodger fan yet I see the impact he's had on this young ballclub.
