So I got OE style FLCA and inner&outer tie rods. I installed all of it and matched the threads for the tie rods.Stock i had 8threads so i matchded it, so i could at least get it to a shop for a final alignment. I put the car on the ground and was ganna go for a test drive and i noticed it was toe in... REAL BAD, i could see it clearly. I adjusted and looked, adjusted and looked, and now im out of adjustment on the ties rods and still toe in really bad.... Problem is they are not nissan parts, they are aftermarket parts. Is it possible they are just too long.. Any input would be great.

Inner tie rods are commonly too long. Just cut them.

I can run all the way down the threads, cutting wouldnt help in this case... They are cheap ebay tie rods...Qaulity parts..canadian brand.

pics showing they are too long? I wanna see what you mean, because most often you can just cut them.

Try removing the nut. See if that helps.

I see your problem.
Its just not threaded that far.
You didnt by chance throw on some steering angle spacers did you?

On another note, you could get away with just replacing the tie rod end with an aftermarket one.

Ill most likley just get a Tien or kazama unit now. The only reason i got these were because it was a package deal with the LCA...So fuck ebay canook cheap depo parts...

I just got new tie rods and tie rod spacers and you have to match the overall length from the stop to the end not the number of threads. With my new inners they had many more threads and the outer was a little longer so I measured an overall length of 13" and went from there and my alignment didn't change much.
