Anyone else ride a bike? I ride more than i drive and was wondering how many other ppl do the same, or at least ride alot. When it gets cold that will change. Its a shitty mongoose, I want something like a gary fisher,Felt, or a kona-all mountain bike

I ride a Iron Horse (No homo). Got out of it for a while since I've been putting money into the 240. Just got back into it yesterday because a friend of mine just got a bike.

i picked up a GT force 3.0 a few weeks ago and took it for a decent ride yesterday.

the frame and suspension are really nice with great travel without being squishy but some of the components are lacking. the brakes are kinda weak, and the fork is nice but the stiffness of the whole front end is a bit lower than i'd like.

i have a hardtail and a road bike if that's more of what you were looking for.

i ride a fixed/singlespeed and fuck you all who keep hating. lol really though fuck you. its just a form of transportation.
there is a reason to hate though, too many people think if you ride a fixed gear, you gotta fit the image with the cut off pants, messenger bags etc. fuck all that.

i ride road and bmx also, no need for a mountain bike but wish i did live near some trails though

I rode a BMX for a long time, but it simple isnt fast enough... I need a fast bike.I know my current bike wont last my much longer the way i ride.

check craigslist. don't pay the overpriced prices that some of those guys charge for a old rusty piece of junk. just look around. a bike is a bike if your just gonna ride it around once in a while. you'd prolly spend less than 150 for a normal bike. stay away from those rusty bikes thats been sitting outside for a long while.

Hitting the dirtjumps on the 20 is just too much fun, and compared to cars riding bmx is practically free.

I need a bike just to get me from my house to town so I don't have to bother with gas and can get some cardio out of the way at the same time.

Comfy ride would be nice, but I also want it to look good. Not really looking to spend a lot though.

Any suggestions?
