Where to source a S15?

Hey guys Im highly considering a S15 for my next track car and wanted to see where you guys would recomend sourcing one from. I see many companies saying they import and what not but Im a little put off by giving someone over seas so much money. I won't need to worry about title/reg etc since it will be a track only car. Also what's a fair price to pay? I see a extremely large price gap from some places. Thanks for the help.

I'mnot real sure I want something that was drifted though.. They tend to have lots of unseeable body damage and such. Plus by the looks of it it's most likely more then I want to spend. Any idea what they are asking?

LOL they are like what $20k? I'm not going to front like I'm a baller but 20k isn't much money these days. Sorry I don't follow the jdm importers like others do. Never considered purchasing another track car till recently and I figured a S15 might be worth looking into.
