i just got some x-drilled and slotted brembos from some guy and im just curious about the cross drilled holes.... theyre not drilled all the way through.... what does that mean? does it mean theyre not real? can someone help get this straight for me?
they are just dimpled instead of x-drilled then. Just another way of doing it.

Dimpleing instead of drilling all the way through supusedly makes the roters stronger while enhancing the heat dissapation. I can't verify that first hand but thats what I have read. Later

The ONLY brakes the Brembo make fo rthe 240 that are X-drilled and slotted are the Gran turismo kit. All other brembos are xdrilled and slotted after production. I believe that you can get slotted brembos from the factory however if they are both xdilled and slotted they were done later.
