I swear if its not one thing with my car its another. Ok so heres the thing, my car has no decided that to be difficult it wants to blow blue smoke out when I Rev it high. Its not continuous only when acclerating, and it smells like (duh) burning oil. Now I checked my Oil level and its alittle over. Could this be the problem? Just too much oil? Its not smoking all the time and there is no loss in power. Any ideas? Anyone? Should I just change my oil agian (just changed it like 10 miles ok hence why there is a tad too much) and then see what happens?

When you changed your oil, did you change the brand or weight?
Because if you went with a lighter oil, your seals could leak due to them being conditioned with a heavier oil.
I guess it wouldn't hurt to drain the oil to the appropriate level, so you could try that. Also, if you are really picky, you could do a compression check, both dry and wet, and see if your rings are worn.
But, I'm guessing it's most likely the valve stem seals if anything, which you should be able to replace yourself quite easily as long as you have a valve spring compressor and a deep socket.

start simple........get the oil back down to appropriate levels. seems like a no-brainer to me.

well, this is what happened. I had my girlfriend rev the engine to find out exactly what color the exhast was for sure. It was great, it was first black, then it went white, then it went blueish and I was about to cry. So I took the car around the block and the smoke disappeared. Im lost now. dont know what to do, but Im guessing its alright now.

Isn't blue smoke usually burning coolant?

Nope.
Blue Smoke = Burning Oil
Black Smoke = Running Rich
White Smoke = Burning Coolant

i doubt it. there is no "magic engine fairy" that flutters around sprinkling synthetic pixie dust on engines.
all 3 colors of smoke........that sounds like a big problem to me. one that isn't fixed by driving around the block. if you want the car to last much longer, i'd get it checked out.

Ok this is what Ive come down to. Its nothing. The car doesnt smoke anymore and it was just me over reacting as usual. From what I can see it was this. The downpipe has been haning on the manifold not bolted all the way down for a few months now. The car isnt my daily driver (though I look forward to the day it can be) and so i never bothered to hook it up all the way. The smoke was just a collection of the junk that had accumulated inside the piping. Reving the car up blew it out I guess and the blueish/ white smoke stayed a while because its oil and it lasts. Also I did switch oil types from thin to heavy so that may have some roll in all this too. If things where that jacked up in my car there would be some other indication than the smoke, like oil in the collant or vice versa.
