i have a '92 s13 fastback but what makes it SE ? power everything? i dont have power anything but is it possible to do so? i dont have hicas but can i put one on? and i dont have the digital speedo but can i swap it in w/ the headup display?

If you're wanting to add power windows/locks, sunroof to make your car an SE, you'd probably be better off selling your car and buying an SE. You'd have to get new door panels, aftermarket sunroofs leak a lot of times, etc. I don't know about adding HICAS to your car, but I would think it would be more expensive than what it's worth.

And HICAS sucks anyway ;) :D ... now the LSD that comes with it is a different story.
