im trying to finish a background paper and my group member sent it to me using her windows vista word instead of converting it to 97-2003 for me...any way someone could help.

i'll email it to you, you save it as a 97-2003 document then send it back...please and thank you.:wavey:

Theres an extension for older versions of Fffice/Word 2003/xp that you can download and your old word will open the new Vista/*.docx files.

If you're in a bind, I used this.

.docx DOCX Convert Office 2007 (http://docx-converter.com/)

Its slow (15-30 min, don't remember) but they e-mail you a copy that you can download/edit in MS Word.
