I was mainly looking for dependable sites that people actually go to.

I found a few sites on my own, but I didn't know which ones were worth subscribing to.

So if anybody knows any dependable ones on par with Zilvia or Nico, please post those.

I did search. Just to clarify one more time, I was looking for dependable and popular sites.

NICO's Z32 section is pretty small. No, very small. 300zxClub.com and twinturbo.net are the two better forums out there.
