hey guys having a bit of a starting problem here and have racked my brain on it and cant figure it out.
so the car (93 240 w/ ka) has been on the fritz lately, within the last 5000 miles ive replaced the clutch, cms, fuel injectors, and the starter. so after the starter was replaced with a new one, about a week later it intermittently wont start, just get a click from inside the cabin. so i did a little research and bypassed the interlock relay that is behind the pass. fender and still no luck. the starter was put in about 3 weeks ago, so i know the cables are all connected and not corroded ...i then got down and found the relay that is making the click in the cabin and this is what i got:

its the blue relay on the left. any suggestions on what is wrong or what the relay is doing

When the key is in the ON position can you hear your pump go on? When you hear the click trying to start do your cluster lights go off?

ya the cluster lights go off, but i cant nessessarily hear the fuel pump go on. ive replaced them before when the fuel pump starts buzzing, but this one isnt doing that. it has started in the past by just turning the car off then on then off then on until it starts the last few weeks after it started doing this. it never had this problem before the new starter... also if the fuel pump was bad it would at least turn over... just not fire correct?

I think that you have to check/clean very good your battery poles (+ and -) and also the battery cables. Your new starter might be drawing a good amount of current your car is not used to. Try that and let me know what happens. Also check that all wires are tight and that you have clean connection. If anything push start that bitch.
