98 240sx Clean Title

Guys i'm parting my undone S14 project. Its running clean, it just that i don't have time to spend more time and money to on it. i was thinkin to rebuild the KA after i blew it but decided to go with SR so i do have some KA rebuild kits if anybody interested. the air bag pops when i was having too much fun with the blown up ka turbo, nothing serious, mostly replaced just the side skirt is still crack on the passengger side, was going to build all the gagues at the pop air bag.. anyways..heres some stuff i put in the car now.


Swap in S14 SR20det black top 4 months ago, mileage is about 40k kmh on the engine from the engine. only test drive on the engine thats it never been on the street since the swap.
5 lugs z32 brake conversion with vlsd. Brand new brake pads, brake lines, master cylinders and break booster.
Z32 MAF
Brand new k-sport coilovers, lower tie bar and rods.
Had the JDM SPORT intercooler from the KA engine and new sr20 piping kit.
New Radiator, new 12" racing slim fans
New downpipe with custom dual stainless steel exhaust system.
JDM sport manual boost controller. currently had it set on 12psi (for test)
HKS Turbo timer
Brand new NRG steering wheels, quick release and hub.
Chargespeed body kits.
Optima battery yellow top, relocate to the trunk.
Brand new 5" tach, boost and air fuel gauge installed, oil press, oil temp, water temp, volt, egt, and vac not installed still in box.
Brand new SEIBON OEM Carbon Fiber hood and aero hood lock.
Wheels was the last thing in my mind so i had my friends evo ix stock mr bbs wheels on for now with special lug nuts.
Also comes with nismo jacket, size xl, it was a gift but it was too big so i have it on the car. lol...
Just passed new smog, ready to transfer. Looking around $9000 obo or trade for nsr500 or some clean bucket. email me @ [email protected] or pm. Thanks for looking..

Yes it has been in accident but it was before me.. as i know it wasnt any mojor accident cause i know the previous owner, it is CLEAN TITLE

They will crush the car if it is a stolen engine, they will crush if you are caught illegal racing.. wellz having SR is not really a big deal, its more like depending on how you want to play with the car.. i had a USDM KA and i played with it.. with turbo and it blew.. so i go with SR and i like it...

I've heard that cops target modified cars and use that as an "excuse".
Basically what I want to know, if I'm pulled over in this car for any reason (I don't usually speed or drive recklessly), will I get in trouble for having this engine in the car?

It depends, i got pulled over with this car once and with my old s13 once, and i got away with it even with cops knowing its not a stock engine. This engine i had in the s14 is not a stolen engine, i bought the whole front clip.
