Up Close and Personal with Valentino Rossi's Bike! : KawiForums.com Kawasaki Forums: Kawasaki motorcycle forums (http://www.kawiforums.com/showthread.php?t=121468)

apparently these jackasses found Vals moto gp bike in a parking lot and decided to be doucebags, uncover it and take pictures of it and sit on it as well.

Also, I got to see that bike at Laguna Seca for last year's GP

Just simply awesome

I can see how it was "bad" to do what they did, however, they could have been thieves and stolen things or mess it up in some way...

if i saw some douche just leaning against my car id flip out. custom paint jobs and the works, yeah, not acceptable, let alone to plop your ass on any part of my ride. i just believe its a respect issue. then again, i was partly raised with a middle eastern culture, so my views on respect are those similar to far east and middle asia.

Brian
09-17-2008, 10:01 PM
Oh, I totally understand.

I don't want anybody to even get CLOSE to any of my cars.

However, that particular bike doesn't really belong to any PERSON. The guys transporting it are just transporters. They have no connection to the bike other than that.

But yes, I agree with you in the other respects.

Vintage Fiat towing multi-million dollar bike. Epicness. I guess they figure non-bike people will figure its just a regular bike and not mess with it.

Shit dude, I think anybody would flip if they found somebody sitting on their bike, car, whatever. It is definitely an issue of respect, but then again chances like that dont come around every day. At least they didnt intend to, and didnt, cause any harm.

Yup. Messing with someone else's expensive stuff is disrespectful. I know for a fact if one of these guys left their 240 unlocked and saw some douche sitting in it taking pictures they would lose their damn minds.

Man they had it covered for a reason, that's not cool to take it off then SIT on it!

Whatever cool pics though.

Brian
09-17-2008, 11:03 PM
with the particular bike that it is, I'm glad that a couple guys taking pictures on it is the MOST that happened to it.

The whole bike is 100% custom.

I like Hypertek's Honda F1 car example.

anyways

If it was ME in that position, I would not sit on it nor would I even take the sheet off. I MIGHT look under the sheet, but that would be it.
I was raised to respect people's property.

"headbutt back" haha

that's not cool that they touched his bike

not only did they take off the cover and take pictures but they posed next to it and even sat on it.

I'm sure if the guy came out while they were on it he would of been heated..

At least it isn't a race bike anymore.
It is just for show purposes.

maybe people don't fuck with shit in italy

but still, you have to retarded not to have it in an enclosed trailer, with a hitch lock, and with some guys hanging out around it at all times.

and the two guys are retards too

but still

it wasn't those guys' bike to uncover and fuck with.
