So yea. Her name is Leah or some shit. It is upsetting to me because I gave her over half off, fixed all her intercooler setup, and a bunch of other stupid stuff. Basically I didnt make anything because at drift battle I saw how bad she sucked at drifting and felt bad. I was so excited and elated when she pulled off 1 good drift, and I felt like I should help her out. Later that week she called me, and told me how her friend had her car for the last 5 months and couldnt get it running. I told her to bring it to my shop, and give me a couple bills, and it would be running great.

What a nice way to be repaid. I guess maybe she is meant to be a formula D driver if she keeps acting like this.

If ANYONE who hears her story doesn't want you to do any work for them, you're actually better off.

Those who know/appreciate the work you do will still come to you and you'll have better choice of projects. If anything, you probably saved yourself from her "friends" trying to get you to do their projects for 1/2-off or salvage their failed attempts at any modifications they do.

There's lots of people who do what you do, but there's very few that actually do it right.

Don't stress about her -- she can talk shit but the only ones who will believe her are people you don't want in your shop anyways.
