HKB steering hub

I have a brand new HKB steering hub. Fits s13 or s14. I only opened it to check out the contents inside. Never put it on the car or anything.

So this is the actual hub that bolts on the column? Is it compatable with a NRG quick release? I am interested if My new quick release and wheel are compatable with this.
