To answer your question no, they're not interchangeable.
It's funny how everyone is nice to you and didn't say "SEARCH" just because you have "chik" in your name! :P

They are the same coilovers, just allot shorther. S14 is much longer

This topic did not need another thread as this question has been answered time and again.

If you want to play the sex card and blame something on that, that's more an insight to you than your sex.

As far as not posting unless useful input is provided, I agree, but it doesn't excuse you from not putting forth any effort.

S13 & S14 fronts coilovers are interchangable, but the S14 strut bolts are larger diameter than S13 (meaning a bushing for using S14 on S13 or drilling out for using S13 on S14). The rear shocks for S14 are FAR longer than S13.
