What other engines fit in an s14?  Sr20DET, REd top, black top,  How about other one like RB25De  ....etc.  This may be the dumbest question ever but just wondering?

ive always wanted to put a 300zx turbo motor in my car (1985 single turbo) i was told it would fit but i think ima go with the s14 sr20det instead.. maybe s15

I've not done this myself, but a friend that does tune s14s said that the 3.0 litre motor from the Z has been installed in his shop. He mentioned "fabrication of a motor mount" and "new bell housing for the transmission" at which point my wallet felt very small and I decided that I shouldn't have asked the question!
