How reliable????

I plan on buying quite a few parts from Taka Kaira if I can't find the same parts in America.

I just want to know if it is a good company:
Easy to order from?
Fast shipping?(I know its from Japan)
Do they send the correct parts?(I have had many friends that have ordered from overseas and get wrong patrs)
Prices?(Good Deals)
Shipping Fees?(Reasonably priced)
State of recieving?(Is the box beat to sh*t when you get it or do you not get the part at all)
Quality of item?(Are you getting a perfect condition *new* part)
Reliable?(Is the service consistant, can I expect the same service every time I do business with them)

i haven't personally ordered anything from them but friends have. had no problems. been looking at the site for almost 2 yrs now and they have made very positive changes. alot easier to order from them now than in the past. one of my friends is going to order an IC form them for his supra next week. anyway from what i know yes they are a decent company. good luck lemme know how it goes.
