I was having a hard time trying to find a way to tap my upper water neck for my breather tank. So my first solution was to buy a s14 water neck because it has an extra port on it. Well that did not really help me too much, because I ran into the same problem I did with my s13 water neck. I could not find a npt to hose fitting in the right size.
So seeing that the only npt to hose fitting I came across that was close enough to fit was a 3/8 brass fitting at advance auto. The s13 water neck I was not using had a stripped breather bolt. I have a tap n die kit that has a 3/8 attachment on it. So if it did not work I was not loosing out on anything.
I drilled out the breather bolt with a 5/16 bit(just a bit smaller than the brass fitting so the tap n die would have some metal to catch on to) and used some plumbers tape and liquid gasket to make a good seal.
Here are a few pics:

This is a temporary fix. Im going to relocate the tank after I do a wire tuck. That way I can get rid of the crappy bracket next to my valve cover.
Feel free to leave a comment.
