S14 Wheels question

What's up everyone. I got a 98 S14 and want to know what's the widest (and what offsets) I can go on 17' or 18' without rubbing or stretching fenders. I also don't want to stretch the tires, I would like the tires to be square.

I did a search and all I could find was stretched tires, which is fine, but not what I'm looking for.
