push down on the shock. does it go down easily or take a while? and does it makes swooshing sounds on compression?

Sounds like there good from your description, I had AGX/S Techs and my s13 coupe handles very nicely and im on 18's 225/35/18 18x8+30 , maybe you need to roll your fenders a bit, i ran mines on settings 4 and 8.

have you removed your fenderliners...?
what kind of wheels do you have?
one or both of these is most likely the 'scraping'

what the fuck does rubbing have to do with blown struts?
If shits rubbing, you have issues with fitment somewhere. If the car is bouncy or squirly they may be blown. When pressed down on, they should rebound kinda slowly...

remove fenderliners. i'm willing to bet your tires are just rubbing your fenderliners.

Most people who remove the fender liners re-locate
the wires. Better be safe than sorry.

is there somewhere i can look to see where and how to relocate the wires?

Just use the search button, but if you're not too inclined
with electric stuff, I'd have someone qualified to do it.

don't let this guy scare ya.
you don't ACTUALLy have to rewire anything. you can just push it up. there's a small metal flange that protrudes from around the wheel well (inside the fender, up top) cut your factory zip-ties, and push the wire loom all the way as high up in there as it can go.
i removed my fender, and did some hammering and cutting to get it to fit in there perfect. no matter what size wheel i put on, that harness will NEVER get rubbed.
also, on the other side of the car, the windshield sprayer hose runs up there, and is kinda dangling.
that can be routed through the engine bay (around the strut tower) and you'll never have a problem with it.
but if you DON'T address the harness issue, your tires WILL rub it til it's open, and you WILL have electrical problems.
i had to rewire that part of the loom on my first s13 because i was stupid.
