Temp Gauge

Hows it going people? I got a temperature gauge going wacko, it works when my car sits still and when the ignition is on. Sometimes it looks like it struggles to tell me how hot my engine is. Any ideas?

im having the same problem. i just replaced my thermostat, and its not pegged on hot anymore but now itll run good then go to hot and start jumping around . do i need to "burp" the system?

both of you need to find an FSM and test the coolant temp sensor to see if the sender itself it f'd up. i don't know the procedure off-hand
