Alright I need this car gone... I got way to many vehicles on my property and 0 time... It's just a rolling chassis no front end... The ps and a/c equipment is still there and about 85% of the interior has been reinstalled... It has a cage done by Forrest Wang with gussets and all that cool stuff... That was $1,500 alone!!!!
I lost the title while I was moving and had it up here for sale for less because of it... After getting a bunch of lowball offers and flakers I finally found the paperwork for the car! It's registered as an assembly vehicle/240sx using the japanese vin numbers. There is no vin swap or conversion here... It's simple to insure the vehicle as a 240sx as well! Just need a smog and thats it. The car is easily registerable in any state and has been registered in both California and Nevada.
Asking $2,500obo or trade for some sort of running vehicle.

The only dmv inspections there are is a vin verification... The vin number is still on the car... Yeah it's 2005 but it's registered as a kit car... The year you register it is the year the vehicle becomes... With an sr the car can't be smogged legally regardless so whats the difference?
The ignorance floating around in the thread all of a sudden is pretty thick...

If you want to take that post as a direct comment to you than thats fine... Your not hurting my feelings by telling me your not going to buy the car anymore. Bottom line is you were prolly wasting my time anyways.
I mean are people really that thick headed on here? Wait... It's Zilvia... Sometimes I forget...
There is a pm function on this forum it's really a beautiful thing! All anyone has to do is contact me directly with any kind of questions no matter how dumb and I can answer them easily. There is no need for people to come on this thread and ask me things or mostly make comments about the vehicle when they have absolutely 0 interest in this sale.
I don't care how bad you want the car... I'm not dealing with someone in Wisconsin... I've sold hundreds of cars and all anyone across the country has ever been is a big waste of my time so I would rather just not even bother.
If anyone local or at least near California is interested in purchasing this vehicle just contact me. I've been very straight forward about the vehicle and I would very much prefer that it is seen and inspected in person before any kind of sale goes through.

Lets see here... I make a comment and you take it as if it was directed at you and then you come back on my thread trying to tell me your not going to buy the car now as if you actually were to begin with for what? Your dead set on the fact now that you were going to buy the car until you took something the wrong way? Seriously you sound like a stupid kid... Your as ignorant as the rest of this forum and you have proven it by trying to retaliate on something you took wrong by trying to make it appear that your no longer going to purchase something that you were before. Just save yourself the headache and stop trying to look like the badass here when you were the ignorant one to begin with.
As far as the cage goes I will take some pics tomorrow... I might even actually wash it... Well wipe it down alil maybe... Oh and the car is located in Oak Hills, CA... I do have a truck and trailor and it would be possible to either deliver the car or meet somewhere with the car as long as I am compensated in some way.

I've had plenty of interest but no one actually come through... Plus I've been too busy and still haven't cleaned the car and taken pictures... It's still on my list of things to do! Behind several other thing...
So how about a price drop... $1,500
The cost of the cage alone! Doesn't get much better of a deal than that!

Yeah one of the previous owners did wreck the car at one point in time... It was all repaired by Spring Mountain Autobody long before I got the car. I called the owner of the body shop to check and he said they put it on the frame rack and everything is 100% on it. The only reason he got rid of it was to build a lhd chassis and he kept most of his parts. Then of course Tommy got it and his sponsor decided not to back him for formula d unless he drove his corolla... This was after he had the cage built... I obtained the car in it's current condition less the interior. I put all that in and a couple other things.

Man I've dealt with nothing but flake after flake!!! How about $1,200 so I don't have to deal with trying to sell this car anymore? I need it gone by next weekend...
I had a couple questions about whether the chassis was straight or not... The chassis is straight... Anyone is welcome to come look at it and verify for themselves.
xpl2007
09-22-2008, 02:59 AM
You have to understand i saw the pics of the damage..
If straight i will take for $1200 let me know when i can come down and pick up my old car......
PM me...
cfinch
09-22-2008, 03:28 PM
How many times do I have to say it's straight? You can PM me and ask me questions about the car... I understand you want the car but your making it out to be that the car was totalled... There is no need to come on and try to kill my thread cause the car isn't sold until I have cash in my hand. Your more than welcome to call the body shop yourself or Ray and ask them... You can call Tommy as well the person I got the chassis from...
You have to understand where I'm coming from cause you keep pm'ing me asking questions about the car so I know you know how to use it but then you come on here and blast this thread and blast the car in your thread as if the car was completely smashed but yet you want it?
