I have been trying to figure out the best cams to put into my 93 240sx. I read somewhere that the best choice would be to use 1 s13 cam and 1 s14 cam, and that 2 cams from a s14 is no good.
What if you use 2 cams from a 95 ka24de? Can somebody please explain why its not a good choice.
thank you

The set-up you are referring to is an s-13 kade exhaust cam for your intake cam and an s-14 exhaust cam for your exhaust cam. I have also heard of using two s-13 exhaust cams. This is by far NOT the BEST set-up, just a cheap upgrade. There are numerous write-ups on this. READ them as there is a trick to putting the exhaust cam on the intake side.

S13 cams are 240 degree, 248 degree.
S14 cams are both 232 degree.
You make the call. You can also use a thing called google where cam swaps have been discussed since the dawn of the internet.
