High Beams Sticking on

I have a 97 kouki S14 with mod express high beam and low beam HID kits. The high beams are hooked up through the mod express relay harness. The problem I am having is that my high beams are sticking on. I switch the high beams off on the steering column but they are staying on. The high beam, blue indicator light goes out when I switch off the high beam. Has ayone had this problem? Or does anyone have any suggestions on how to narrow it down to being the relay, or the switch on the column. Thanks in advance.

I dont know if it is the same thing but my sil coupe does the same thing, i am using the stock wires and hook ups though, and i believe it is my light switch is really old and is sticking. When ever i play around with the switch they will go off.
