5-speed Toyota Cressida Rolling Chassis 400$

I got the gift of rod knock this weekend.

Looking to sell my MX83 rolling chassis now. ASAP. I'm desperate for money. For real.

The good:
5-speed converted
7m just has rod knock, supposedly fixable
ICE cold AC
Stereo, really good speakers (+100$ to price)
Power everything, everything works
Authentic Work Meister S2R wheels, 18x8 and 18x9 (+300$ to price)
Welded differential
Cool dual exhaust
Recaro Reclinable driver's seat (+500$ to price)
Comes with factory power driver's seat
Clean glass
HIDs with a really nice color

The bad:
Rod knock
Seats are in poor condition *leather
Body isn't perfect, previous owner did a pretty poor roll with what looks like a hammer.
Dents in hood
Shocks are blown on the rear
Seat needs rear brackets made

Asking 400$ for the shell (bring 5 lug spares)
500$ for the shell + stereo
800$ for the shell with wheels
1300$ with the Recaro

This is a really good candidate for a 1JZ swap. Or fix the 7m, the motor ran GREAT before it blew, but apparently it burned oil extremely fast (between LA > Willow Springs > LA it burned the entire oil supply).

Okay, just so you people know,

NO. The Meisters are not 300$. But if you buy them with the car, they are. I'd prefer you bought the car with the wheels that way I don't have to go dicking around for 5-lug spares to throw on the car. If you want them, and not the car, you're going to have to make me an offer, and bring 5 lug spares to replace them with. They're in pretty piss poor condition. My assumption is they are 18x8 +30 18x9 +30 or something similar. They have numerous curb rashes and one wheel has a gash in it.

I'm located in the 909 area. Serious buyers can get my phone number to get my address.

The car DOES run, but the rod knock is bad. I doubt the car would make it more than ten miles before the piston shoots through the head or something.

Honestly though, I have serious buyers interested in the car+wheels. So unless you're going to make me an offer on the shell, whether it's shell, shell+wheels, shell+seat or whatever, don't PM me. I'm not here to sell wheels, I'm here to sell a shell.

All I know is my friends 5-speed Cressida has the shifter mounted about 1" further back then mine. This one has the center console cut to fit the shifter. And his didn't have to be cut. That's all I know.

I farking hate PM's by the way, I get DOZENS a day for a number of things, so lets keep this stuff on the thread.

I am in the Ontario area and am available pretty much anytime 10am-10pm. Those looking to purchase the car WITH wheels get priority. Those looking to purchase the car without wheels, you have to bring your own set of 5 lug wheels to roll the car out on. I do not have spare 5 lug wheels to fit this car.

Thats a really good deal! I'd pick it up but looks like you already got it covered! This is like a fanboys wet dream!!! A 4 door drift car and it doesn't run incase they get called out on how good they supposedly are at drifting!
