So i got some sportmax wheels for my 95' 240sx se. the offset is +35 offset so when i put the wheel on it hits the coilover spring before its snug against the hub. a 5mm spacer is to small so my question is how do i get these wheels to work? 17x9 wheel.
I know i need a bigger spacer but what size?

Buy wheels that fit. Decent ones I might add.

whats the width of the wheel? If its a 17x9, you will need at least a 10-15 mm spacer.

why so serious?
Get the correct wheels and offset for your car (example 17x9 = +18mm +/- a few "s14")
Purchase a wider spacer as long as the wheel doesnt extend passed the fender 15mm?
Purchase some nice coilovers
suck it man. im just tryin to get some answers

:s101::s101:First, do some research before posting. We have a nice search button/feature supplied to us by the wonderful zilvia faculty. please learn how to use it and use it well.

+1 :hsdance:
Seriously though you'll need a 10-15 mm spacer, and by then you'd need extended lug studs. Just sell the Sportmax wheels and save your money until you can afford something decent.

sell em to a honda owner. buy wheels that fit your chassis.

You said Sportmax, and mentioned High Offsets in the same sentance.
The only thing worse than knock-offs, is poorly fitting knock-offs.
You obviously haven't done any research on Zilvia.net.
