are s13 and s14 P/S pumps different?

I have an S14 SR20 and I bought a p/s pump awhile back but I don't know if it was from an S13 or S14 SR20. Also are the SR brackets different?

not sure. however I do have an s14 sr power steering pump and bracket.

I've interchanged P/S pumps on KAs and SRs.
Just swap over the appropriate pulley.
