Less that 3,000 miles on this setup. (I have a BMW (http://zilvia.net/f/sale-items/209696-fs-kyb-agx-megan-springs-s14.html#) as a daily so I hardly drove on these) Ive cleaned these up quite a bit since I took em off, so they look practically new! Ill try to get some updated pics.
Obviously its gonna be a little bit stiffer because of the spring rate but the suspension is adjustable, fronts are 4-way adj and rears are 8-way. The roads around my neighborhood are sorta shitty so I usually kept them on a soft setting.
I looked it up a while ago and setting number 1 is stock rebound. Setting Number four on the fronts are like 200% stiffer, and 8 on the rears are 200% stiffer. So you can have the same rebound as stock, just different spring rates.
Its easy to adjust too, the front are on the shock tower, the rears are right behing the rear wheels. Easy to get to.
Here's the stance.
