alright, i've seen it a few times on zilvia, but couldnt find anyone who really explains what all needs to be done. But right now i'm sitting w/o a dash/harness... so it would be perfect to do it, but what needs to be wired up with the guage cluster, electronics, and all the heater stuff? i live in the midwest so it gets cold later in the year so it would be a real luxury.

would the s14 full dash/harness/heater work in a s13?, the s13 has power everything so i dont expect the wiring to the new switches to be too hard but going through the climate control diagrams and wires themself would be a real pain in the ass

any help, links, or pictures would be great

Its been done before. On here IIRC... If i remember right, the AC vents didnt quite match up all the way, but with the s14 door panels and dash, it looked real good.

Search harder, its here somewhere... maybe not... You can be our guinney pig!

I have also seen it here, but it was not a write-up. Just pics of one installed and it looked quite good.

no rewiring needed, unless you want to use the s14 cluster. i Have done it befor and i used the s13 cluster. the vents line up good enough to still put out air. The only modifications i did to the dash itself was remove all of the air ducting on the back of the s14 dash for the defrost. Once that is gone its straight forward. You will have to trim some metal on the drivers side. its the part that holds the bottom of the dash up on a s13. its really not that hard at all. Just go at it one day. make sure you have 3 hours or so to get the job done tho.

well as long as they somewhat line up that would work great... 40* mornings suck w/o heat haha, dash is on its way along with door panels, so i'll try to make a little writeup, along with wiring the window switches and locks

would it be extremely hard to wire up the s14 cluster to a s13 harness?

dont know how hard it would be. But i wouldnt do it. its not worth it at all. the s13 cluster fits decent. here is a pic of it.

Dunno. I don't look at interiors of either the Z32 or JZA80/70.

Def. not an S14 though. I see one everyday. lol
