Alright, so this has been going on for about a week now.
Everytime I shift/engage the clutch there's a weird buzzing sound.
Gears don't grind, Clutch doesn't slip, No leaks, Tranny fluid was replaced about 4 months back. There's no way to check tranny fluid level, is there? Also I asked some other friends of mine...one said syncros were going (which I highly doubt) and then my bro said possibly the flywheel?
Any suggestions in whats wrong or what I could do?
I mean, if I'm gonna take the tranny apart, I'm gonna might as well replace clutch/flywheel...just wondering if anyone else had this kind of problem.
Thanks for any help.

you can take the side plug out of the tranny with the car jacked up, and put your finger in, it it's right at the bottom of your finger then it's fine, also could be your throwout bearing.

it could also be the the syncros are busted.

Bad pilot bushings make sort of a buzzing sound when you clutch in and hit the gas...

If the buzz is when u are shifting and the clutch is engeged then ur throw out bearing (tob) is bad....

it could also be the the syncros are busted.
if the the syncros were busted it wouldnt go into gear at all and or grind like hell when goin into gear...which he states doesnot happen

Thats what I thought as well.
Thanks guys, really appreciate it!
I actually only hear the buzz if I'm shifting over 3k rpms
and it's when I push the clutch pedal in

Just got back from lunch.
I left it in 3rd gear and went up to 4500 rpms and then let go and I actually heard the buzzing sound. Would the bearing still make a noise or could it be something else now?

Is it only when the clutch is disengaged or when you have pressure on the clutch pedal? Are you holding the shift knob when it buzzes?
Sounds like a Input/Pilot Bushing.

When I disengage the clutch it buzzes but it also buzzed when I went to higher rpms and let go. It was my first time today actually hearing it do that.
I usually hold the shiftknob lightly when I'm driving, but not holding onto dear life with it or using it as an elbow rest or whatever.
How unsafe is it driving around on right now? This is a daily driver.

Sounds like a Input/Pilot Bushing.
Bingo.
That sound is actually a harmonic vibration caused by having too much free play on your input shaft. The free play is coming from having that brass bushing worn down to practically nothing. The sound will get worse until the bushing completely disintegrates. Then you will have input shaft on crank shaft direct contact.....not good.
Do a complete clutch job and this will go away. Also make sure to lube up your new pilot bushing real good. You want it to last you in between clutches.
